Tonya O'Bryant - Office/Escrow Mgr.

Tonya O’Bryant  has worked as office/ escrow manager for the past 15 years.  She has extensive experience in managing all phases of both REO and Short Sale properties from listing through close of escrow. 

She has closed more than 1500 escrows and has been on the front lines in marketing distressed properties by working with Asset Managers and Short Sale Loss Mitigation Departments. 

Prior to her position of escrow manager, she was employed with BofA for 7 years as an executive secretary and loan officer.

John and Martha Brooks 

A Day at the Beach 

John and Martha Brooks take a well earned day of relaxation at the beach at Ft. Bragg CA.

They have worked as Broker/Agent team for John Brooks Realty since its inception in 1988.

John has worked in the Sacramento area in residential real estate since 1978.  He had an accounting and  income tax business prior to his entering the real estate field..

Martha retired from Pacific Bell in 1986 as a supervisor for one of the largest repair services in that company.  Both John and Martha have great "people skills" and do a lot of volunteer work for their favorite projects...much of it now revolves around aspiring junior golfers.

Tomi Raney - Assistant Office Mgr.

Tomi Raney, Assistant Office Manager, has been employed by John Brooks Realty for the last three years. 

Concurrently she is continuing to pursue a business degree.  Prior to working with John Brooks Realty she worked in the retail field for several years.
